Drop-Off & Pick-Up Guidelines

  • By Appointment Only
All drop-offs and pick-ups must be scheduled in advance.

  • Be On Time
Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time.

  • Call or Text on Arrival
When you arrive, call or text us at (703) 716-3548 instead of ringing the doorbell. This helps keep the environment calm for the pups.

  • Running Late or Early?
If you’re going to be late or need to come earlier than planned, please contact us ahead of time to see if we can accommodate.

  • Garage Pick-Up/Drop-Off
We’ll meet you in front of our garage to hand off your pup and their belongings.
This helps prevent any of our furry guests from slipping out the front door.

What to Bring for Your Pup's Stay

🦴 Food & Treats

  • Please bring enough food for the entire stay, plus a little extra in case of travel delays.

  • You can:

    • Pre-measure meals into labeled Ziploc bags

    • Bring the full food bag

    • Use a container large enough for the full stay

  • If your pup is a picky eater, we recommend bringing wet food or toppers to help encourage eating during their stay.

🐕 Collar, Harness & Leash

  • Bring any collar, harness, and/or leash your dog regularly uses.

💊 Medication, Supplements & Vitamins

  • Pack all medications, supplements, or vitamins your dog needs.

  • If your dog takes anything as needed (like anxiety meds), please include those as well.

🏠 Crate/Kennel (Optional)

  • Crates are not required—we can provide one if needed.

  • If your dog has a special crate (like a LUCKUP or Impact crate):

    • Please let us know before drop-off if it requires assembly or needs to be set up in a specific room.

    • If you’re dropping off early, just a heads-up: Bella’s dad might still be sleeping, so we’ll plan accordingly to let you in if needed.

🚫 What You Don’t Need to Bring

🍽️ Dishes, Bowls & Measuring Cups

  • We provide clean food and water bowls, as well as measuring cups. No need to pack these!

🛏️ Beds & Blankets

  • We have plenty of comfy dog beds and blankets for your pup.

  • If you do bring your own, please only bring items that aren’t valuable, as playtime can sometimes get a little rough and things may get torn.

🧸 Toys

  • We have a variety of dog toys available during your pup’s stay.

  • If you bring your own toys, please know:

    • We can’t guarantee they won’t get mixed up or chewed by another pup.

    • We recommend leaving valuable or sentimental toys at home. And if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!
